Learned the trade from the ground up alongside his brother, starting on job sites after school. Now co-owns the business with deep field experience and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Mike Sudbey
Senior Project Manager
Mike began his career on offshore oil rigs in California, advancing from utilityman to safety tester and construction foreman. After relocating to Massachusetts, he spent 19 years with Boston’s Shaughnessy & Ahern, honing expertise in complex rigging and job-site coordination. Since 2015, Mike has led projects at John Bean Roofing, combining rigorous safety standards with efficient scheduling and quality workmanship on every job.
